Dear ,
Chasing Creed is finally out today!
And yes, I will be celebrating with chocolate frosted doughnuts. (You might notice in Chasing Creed, Maggie O'Dell and I do have that in common.)
The eBook and hardcover are NOW AVAILABLE.
If you don't see the book at the library or at your favorite bookstore, please ask them to order it.
I'll let you know as soon as the audiobook and paperback become available.
HERE'S A BRIEF SUMMARY:
The woman who kidnapped Brodie Creed over sixteen years ago, is finally going to trial.
As Maggie O'Dell and Tommy Pakula search for other victims, they discover a killer has a hit list of survivors. Brodie may be next.
I'm so anxious for you to read this one. It has all the elements the Ryder Creed series is known for: detailed K9 searches, flawed characters trying to do the right thing, twists and turns, second chances and of course, the real heroes—the dogs.
A BEHIND THE SCENES TIDBIT
You know I love dropping my characters into surroundings that I'm familiar with. If you've never experienced kudzu before, here is a photo of how it can swallow things. Ryder, Grace and the team have run into this invasive, sprawling vine when their search turns to what might be hidden beneath the kudzu in a Mississippi woods.
If you read CHASING CREED and enjoy it, please tell a friend. Or leave a review to recommend it to others. That's the BEST COMPLIMENT a reader can give an author.
NEW COVERS COMING FOR BACKLIST
The story for Chasing Creed has been churning in my head ever since I wrote Lost Creed. If you haven't read that one, you can get the eBook now for $.99. Check your favorite retailers or my WebShop.

I found the cover for Chasing Creed so intriguing that I decided to refresh the eBook covers for the Creed backlist. Here is Lost Creed's new design. I love how it captures the Nebraska sunsets and our red prairie grasses.

LAST CALL FOR LUNCH
Saturday, October 17 is the VIR LUNCHEON.
About seven years ago, I decided to stop doing book tours. Traveling across the country was exhausting. I enjoyed talking to readers, but I spent more time in airports and hotels.
That was when Deb suggested we bring readers to Omaha. Of course, my first response was, "Who's going to come to Omaha!?"
I'm grateful so many of you proved me wrong.
Come join us!
I can guarantee you'll have something to talk about to other guests. Like reading, murder, and dogs!
Unfortunately, seating is limited and registration will be closing soon.
