Hello!
Last week I overheard Deb telling someone that this “shelter-at-home” was right up my alley. I hate to admit it, but she’s right. Some of you who have heard me talk about my writing process already know that this is what I do every time I write a book. I sequester myself, sometimes never leaving the house for weeks. I purposely don’t schedule appointments or even dinner out with friends. It’s simply how I work best.
But this is different. The tension and the silence are disconcerting. I hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy.
COVER REVEAL
So I have been writing, and hopefully, by the time we get to October and the VIR Luncheon, I’ll be able to share with you some of the fruits of my labor. Yes, that is meant to be a tease.
However, before that, you’ll be able to enjoy the next novel in the Ryder Creed series. HIDDEN CREED is #6! It’ll be out this summer. I can finally share the cover with you.

WHAT I’M READING
Every once in a while it’s a pleasure to recommend an author who I know personally. James Rollins and I met years ago when both of us were starting out. We worked together on International Thriller Writers first-ever awards committee. A fellow dog lover, Jim’s generously recommended and blurbed my Ryder Creed series. His previous career was as a veterinarian, and now, he happens to write one of the best adventure thriller series around.
